Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

Delivery time

Every kit is carefully packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of your order. From there, delivery across the US takes 8–10 days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your package is on its way, so you always know where your canvas is.

Ordering for Halloween?

To have your kit at your door with time to paint before October 31, place your order by October 19. Orders placed after that will still ship right away, but we can't guarantee they arrive before Halloween.

How your kit is packed

The canvas is rolled or flat-packed inside a rigid protective layer, the paints are sealed, and the brushes are wrapped separately. Everything arrives ready to open and start the same evening.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged, or something is missing from the box, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No forms, no back-and-forth.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, reach out and we'll either locate the package or send a new one.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't left our warehouse.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.
