Packages sometimes sit at a carrier hub without a scan. If there's no update for 10 days, email us and we'll locate it or send a new one.

It says delivered but I don't have it+

Check with neighbors, the mailroom, or the back porch first; carriers occasionally mark early. Still missing after 48 hours? Write to us and we'll sort it out.

I need to change my address+

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
